This contract was for the fitting out of apartments and residents’ communal spaces in one of the UK’s tallest modular buildings. The aim was to create high quality apartments for private rent with high quality shared amenity spaces, finished to a consistently high standard throughout.
Our package included:
- Full fit-out of the apartments, with kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, flooring, and finishes to a premium specification.
- All communal areas, including lobbies, corridors, and shared facilities, completed to a high standard with durable and visually appealing finishes to enhance the overall development for home buyers.
