Operating across London and the Southeast, Inline Design is a principal contractor and specialist subcontractor, delivering construction, fit-out and façade projects for clients in the residential, commercial, hotel and sport and leisure sectors.

Since we were founded in 1996, we have established a reputation for quality and reliability. Our approach is to be lean, agile, flexible and forward-thinking with a genuine can-do attitude.

Working as both a main contractor and as a specialist façade and fitout subcontractor, we have a deep understanding every aspect of a building project and how to maximise efficiency.

Our aim is to work as a collaborative partner to our clients – from main contractors to property developers and their agents – to add value and optimise building assets as much as possible.

On every project – from multi-million-pound construction and refurbishment schemes to façade and dry lining installations, our clients have direct access to our management team.

Our Own Team of Multi-skilled, Specialist Trades

Each project is delivered by our talented and committed project and site managers and our own multi-skilled and specialist trades – from joiners, dry liners and floor layers to façade installers. This approach allows us to closely manage and monitor quality control from contract award to handover and reduces risk for our clients.

Supporting these teams is a robust and established supply chain of product manufacturers who are responsive and help us to achieve the quality standards our clients expect on every project.

Applying Innovation to Construction

We are committed to using MMC and offsite solutions where feasible, to reduce work on site and programme times.

This approach allows any disruption to our clients’ existing operations and the local community during construction to be kept to an absolute minimum whilst shorter build times enable earlier occupation and faster ROI.
